As Executive Director of Operations at Apogee Development, she leads the full lifecycle of packaging projects — from initial concept and sourcing to engineering, production, and delivery — with a strong focus on customer relationships, quality, and operational efficiency. Jessica serves as a key connection point between clients and manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and alignment with brand and business goals. She is known for her collaborative approach, technical knowledge, and ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality packaging solutions.

Prior to joining Apogee, Jessica held senior operations roles at Biggar & Leith and Proximo Spirits. At Proximo, she progressed from Packaging Development Technician to Packaging Development Manager, where she led new product launches, supplier development, and packaging engineering across a portfolio of premium spirits brands. She began her career in technical packaging roles, which provided her with a solid foundation in package testing, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing integration. Jessica holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and brings a unique blend of technical and strategic insight to every project.
